Best airbnb and overall villa i ever stayed at. The place is amazing aside from how beautiful it is its also very private, quiet, secure where you dont have to worry about a thing. Amazing villa right on the beach, we had a wonderful week!!!
The only negative points were that the pool guy came only 2 times so he was muddying and messing up the water and the cleaning girl didn't go much

This home is beautiful and made our trip perfect. The beach is a super short walk away and town is about 15 minutes away. We added on the chef and massages and those were equally amazing. Amazing location! Magnificent view in front of the sea. Efficient and reactive staff. Karina was priceless taking care of cleaning, laundry… And Sacha always quick to respond to any concern. Casa Pantaiado is Paradise on earth!!! The only negative point would be that there was a lot of mosquitos… but I would blame it on the raining season.

The house was AMAZING… pretty,  well kept and clean. The grounds were very pretty and maintained, pool clean, rooms clean, match the pics posted , perhaps looks better in person. Easy walk to the beach and amazing staff (chef & Maid). I def Recommend to hire the chef.(Rodolfo). loved all the tasty meals he cooked.. wow!!! Amazing place and overall recommend. We spent a week at Casa Bibi and had one of the most relaxing vacations of our lives. The house is right on the beach, which feels very private given the small number of homes that have access to it. 
The house looks like pictured or better, and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation for our group of 13 (although there was room for more people if couples)
We brought our own snorkeling gear and were able to snorkel with the kids right off the beach. The water is clear and shallow, making it easy to access the corals. 
The grounds and kitchen staff went above and beyond for the group, doing all the shopping, cooking and cleaning. Bergica, the chef,  was amazing. 
 The bedrooms have AC, which is a welcome respite in summer. In the interest of safety, place your cash in the safes offered in almost every bedroom. 
The home is a short taxi ride away from the town center.

This home is excellent and in a beautiful neighborhood. The home is in great condition with the exception of hot tub not turning on (the bubbles) only at odd hours when we were asleep. Also, the sauna was not working which would’ve been a nice amenity. Other than that, the house is spacious and beautiful. I would highly recommend for a large group. I recently visited the wonderful villa on the beach ! The host was very accommodating and helpful ! The highlight for me and my girlfriend was the bed facing the pool and beachside We listened to the ocean as we fell asleep and woke up. It was a perfect couple of nights at casa leeloo. Property is perfectly tucked away from the main road and you won’t hear any traffic. We had such a great time at sachas place! Sacha answered any questions I had right away. Any issues he was there taking care of it. The location is amazing. Youre close to the beach and the city is just a quick drive away. Chef Rodolfo and his wife yennifer were great, food was amazing & the mojitos! Absolutely love Casa Bibi! Home is as described. Sacha arranges airport transport and excursions. All were great. Chef Berrica and her staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond to make your stay great. The food was so yummy.

We enjoyed the beautiful white sandy beach. Sunsets were breathtaking. We spent majority of the time in the pool. Bring plenty of bug spray and sunscreen.

One of the most beautiful Air BnB’s that I have ever stayed at. Steps away from the beach, beautiful pool, and amazing chef and housekeeper. Sacha was extremely responsive, coordinated our drivers, and listened to all of our concerns. The toilet stopped flushing one night and Sacha sent someone to fix it. On our last night, Sacha was accommodating and let us have a late check out because our flight was very late. Overall an amazing stay, a stellar host and would recommend to anyone! We loved our stay at Sacha's place in Las Terrenas, it comfortably accommodated our entire family. The house is in a gated community with direct beach access. The kids loved the pool and we loved walking up and down the beach and relaxing outside with the beautiful views. Kitchen had the basics for us to stock up at the local supermarket and cook. Every room has an AC and en-suite bathroom. Karina was great always keeping the place clean and providing new sheets and towels. Sacha always responds in minutes to any request. We really can’t say enough good things about our stay. Sasha was incredibly responsive and made everything go smoothly for us. As a group of 11 girls he made us feel safe and taken safe of at every step of the way. The house itself is beautiful and great for a big group. The staff is incredibly sweet, attentive, and flexible. All the food the cooked for us was delicious and they made amazing cocktails. Sacha's place was incredible for a big group of friends. Spacious, felt really private but you could also take long walks on the beach from right in front of the house. Sacha was incredibly accommodating and generous with tips and helping us organize for a large group. All the staff and people he recommended were really nice.
