Other things to note
– Safety – The Villa is located within a gated community with a security guard 24/7. We do suggest still locking all doors and windows when departing the Villa and placing all valuables in the safes provided. For security reasons, we have placed outside cameras in place.
– Party Noise – As a community within our gated community, music is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
– Smoking inside the house is not allowed and will have a penalty of $300 USD of any smoking is done inside the house or rooms.
– Non-authorized parties are prohibited.
