      All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.

      Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
   3. Cancellation and Refunds
      Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
   1. Check-In
      Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   2. Check-Out
      Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
   1. Property Care
      Guests are expected to take care of the property and its contents. Any damage or loss caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s account.
   2. Conduct
      Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior that causes disturbance or harm to other guests or the property may result in eviction without refund.

   1. Personal Injury and Property Damage
      We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property suffered by guests during their stay. Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.
   2. Force Majeure
      We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
